What we do
Aircam provides professional visual services for businesses, developers and organisations that need more than a camera operator. That means drone surveys and photogrammetry for construction and property clients, aerial and ground-based video production for commercial and marketing briefs, timelapse systems for long-run construction projects, and drone photography across all of the above.
One team, several capabilities
We don’t operate out of a single service lane. Some clients need accurate inspection data and insurer-ready reports. Some need broadcast-quality marketing content. Many need both, and some need ongoing visual documentation across an entire project lifecycle. We adapt the approach accordingly.
Who we work with
Our clients include Motability Operations, Forestry England, Haven, Connells and Virgin Experience Days. We also work regularly with construction contractors, housing associations, estate agents, facilities managers and independent production companies – on projects ranging from single-day shoots to multi-year site documentation.
About Mike
I started Aircam in 2019 drawing on two fairly different careers. The first was nearly a decade in commercial construction – building facade packages and civil engineering – which is why the survey and inspection side of what we do is genuinely useful rather than just technically capable. I know what a building surveyor needs from a roof inspection report and what a project manager needs from a construction progress record. The second was a decade in the media industry, which is where the visual storytelling ability comes from. Understanding how to frame a story, what an audience actually responds to, and how to make content work for its purpose – that’s not something you pick up from flying a drone. I’m CAA-licensed and handle all flight operations personally. I also do the majority of the video production and photography work directly rather than subcontracting, which is why the quality and approach stay consistent across projects. Based in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. Working across the UK.

Fully licensed under GVC with operational Authorisation and A2CofC, with £1m public liability insurance for commercial operations across the UK.

Where we work
We're based in Tetbury, Gloucestershire - well-positioned between Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester with easy access to the M4 and M5. That puts most of Southern England within straightforward range. We work regularly across the South West, South East, Midlands and South Wales. For the right project, we go further - we've worked in Scotland, Ireland and continental Europe.
